Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Corn Chip Casserole

2 portions 90% fat free ground beef
21 1/2 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
12 ounces fat free evaporated milk
8 ounces enchilada sauce
1 packet dry onion soup mix
10 ounces corn chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Creamy Corn Chip Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, enchilada sauce, and dry onion soup mix; stil well.

  3. Spoon half in a 9X13 baking dish followed by half the corn chips. Repeat layers then top with cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot. Serve warm.
