An adaptation of the "Creamy Broccoli Slaw" recipe from Ellie Krieger. I just subsituted the broccoli with cabbage, enjoy :) Oh! I also use "no-salt-added" sunflower seeds but the website had trouble registering that when I typed up the recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Coleslaw

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 head cabbage
1 large carrot
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Creamy Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shred the carrot and cabbage.

  3. Add slaw mix to the dressing and combine.

  4. Stir in the sunflower seeds and enjoy!
