Recipe Ingredients for Creamy cole slaw (Betty Crocker but lighter)

1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery

Recipe Directions for Creamy cole slaw (Betty Crocker but lighter)

  1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage, carrot, onion, and celery in a large bowl.

  2. Add onion and celery and mix well.

  3. Add cabbage and carrot and mix until cabbage is moistened.

  4. Serving size is 2/3 cup.
