Recipe Ingredients for creamy chocolate sauce/topping

2 tbsp light cream cheese
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp icing sugar
50 ml evaporated milk
40 g chocolate

Recipe Directions for creamy chocolate sauce/topping

  1. melt chocolate and evaporated milk together till a thick consistency

  2. beat cream cheese, icing sugar, cocoa powder and melted chocolate mixture together then cool for around half an hour in the fridge.

  3. spread over cupcakes or serve warm over ice-cream - get creative!
