Creamy chicken and whole wheat noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Chicken and Noodles

628 grams Kariniemen Chicken Strips (10-12 kpl)
4 large Egg, Whole
300 grams Sunnuntai Whole Wheat Flour
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
350 grams Valio Lactose Free Fat Free milk
20 fl oz Water
1 serving Chicken Broth (from cubes)
2 serving Flora Food Cream 4%

Recipe Directions for Creamy Chicken and Noodles

  1. For noodles: 4 eggs, 2 cups of flour (plus 1/2 cup + for rolling). Scramble eggs and slowly add flour until dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for a couple mins. Roll out very thin (make sure you have enough flour underneath so noodles do NOT stick!). Cut to desired size. (I use a pizza cutter).

  2. 1 onion

  3. 2 celery stalks

  4. 1 carrot

  5. 350mL milk

  6. 650mL water

  7. 1 bouillon cube

  8. 250mL of food cream

  9. 500 grams or so of cooked chicken breast diced or shredded. (I like to boil the chicken and then dice it)

  10. Cut vegetables and put in a large pot. Add milk, water, and broth/bouillon cube. Bring pot to a boil. Add chicken and noodles. Let simmer for 20 mins. Add food cream and stir well. Let simmer for another 10 minutes or so.
