Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Curry

150 g boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
15 g cardamom
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp coriander powder

Recipe Directions for Creamy Chicken Curry

  1. 1.Grind the almonds and dry roast them with the coconut until fragrant.

  2. 2. mix the coconut milk, the almonds and coconut, the cottage cheese, the coriander powder, garlic paste, chili powder, salt and ginger paste in a bowl.

  3. 3. Heat the coconut oil and seal the cubed chicken breast.

  4. 4. Add the mixture to the chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked
