Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Casserole

8 ounces egg noodles
2 cups chicken - cooked and cubed
1/2 cup celery - chopped
1/2 cup onion - chopped
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (campbells)
3/4 cup 1% milk
8 ounces mushrooms - sliced
1 cup peas - frozen or canned
1 cup parmesan cheese - grated

Recipe Directions for Creamy Chicken Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Cook noodles according to package, drain, put aside

  3. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender

  4. Stire in sour cream, soup, milk, chicken, mushrooms, peas, and noodles

  5. Mix until well combined

  6. Pour into sprayed casserole dish

  7. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese

  8. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until bubbly
