Old Fashioned Thanksgiving favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Cheddar Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 large eggs, beaten
3/10 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Creamy Cheddar Corn Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix all ingredients but bread crumbs in a large bowl.

  3. Spray a 1 Qt casserole dish with Pam.

  4. Pour corn mixture in casserole.

  5. Top with bread crumbs.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until center is set.
