Recipe Ingredients for Creamy cauli and pumpkin soup

800 g Pumpkin raw
300 g Potato
75 g Carrot
75 g Onion
400 g Cauliflower
2 chicken oxo stock cubes
1 1/2 litre water

Recipe Directions for Creamy cauli and pumpkin soup

  1. Peel and chop all vegetables.

  2. Place in a stock pot with oxo cubes and cover with water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till vegetables start to break down.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool, blend soup till smooth.

  4. Top with freshly cracked black pepper prior to serving.
