5 medium Carrots
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Ginger Root
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup

  1. Grate carrots. In a food processor, process avocado and water.

  2. Once smooth, add carrots, ginger and pepper.

  3. Process carrot ginger soup to desired consistency.

  4. Stir in cilantro and serve.
