Creamy Cannellini beans, mushrooms, lean ground Turkey over steamed rice

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Cannellini Beans and Turkey

1 lb turkey, 93% fat-free ground
1 can (16oz) Beans, Cannellini
1 can (16oz) cream of chicken soup
1 (8oz) canned mushroom, drained
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, diced
3 cups rice, steamed

Recipe Directions for Creamy Cannellini Beans and Turkey

  1. Saute' onions and garlic until shiney.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook until turkey is no longer pink, should be white in color.

  3. Add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, canned mushrooms, cannellini beans and yogurt. Bring up heat until bubbling and then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for another 5 to 10 min. Serve over steamed rice.
