2 tbsp 37% Light Buttery Spread
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
3 cloves Garlic
0.1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.1 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.1 tsp Ginger, Ground
2 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
0.25 cup Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

Melt smart balance in large saucepan. Add squash cubes, chopped onion, chopped celery, diced potatoes, and crushed garlic. Saute the veggies 7-8 min. Add spices, broth, juice, and milk. Simmer 30-40 min, until all veggies are soft and tender. Blend with blender until smooth and creamy.
