Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Broccoli Soup (tofu)

197 g. onion
317 g. broccoli
1 T. olive oil
1 T. chicken bouillion
7 oz. tofu
1 T sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Creamy Broccoli Soup (tofu)

  1. Saute the onion and broccoli in the olive oil until onion is transparent. Add 2 cups of water, a dash of nutmeg and a dash of red pepper flakes. Cook until tender and add cheese.

  2. Process chicken bouillion and tofu with a bit of water until smooth.

  3. Add tofu mixture to the broccoli mixture, stir and adjust seasoning.
