This tastes best when chilled overnight. It makes the muesli creamier.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Breakfast Muesli with Yogurt & Berries

3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups low-fat yogurt (strawberry)
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup light cream (5%)
2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and coarsely grated
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Recipe Directions for Creamy Breakfast Muesli with Yogurt & Berries

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, yogurt, orange juice, cream, and honey.

  2. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Gently fold in fresh fruit.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.

  5. Sprinkle with almonds.
