Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Black Bean Salsa

10 oz Bell Pepper Green
1 cup chopped Red Onion
19.75 oz Whole Black Beans
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 oz Mayonnaise
4 oz Sour Cream
2 serving Red Wine Vinegar
5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Creamy Black Bean Salsa

In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, peppers, onion and parsley. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasonings; pour over corn mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 4 cups.
