Creamy basil pasta that is a nice change from boring pasta salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Basil Pasta Salad

1 pound Noodles (penne, or bowtie; cooked)
1 cup Sour Cream (low fat)
3/4 cup Buttermilk (low fat)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
20 Basil Leaves (sliced thin width way)
1/2 cup Green Onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Bell Pepper (red, finely chopped)
4 tablespoons Mayo (or non-fat cream cheese)
4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Recipe Directions for Creamy Basil Pasta Salad

  1. Mix sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, mayo & parm together.

  2. Add red bell pepper, basil & green onion to mix.

  3. Mix in noodles.

  4. *left overs the next day are kinda dry so add a little mayo & a little buttermilk.
