Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Banana Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

1/3 cup regular oats
26 grams dry pancake mix
138 grams banana
2 tablespoons pure pumpkin
1 egg
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Splenda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash of salt

Recipe Directions for Creamy Banana Pumpkin Pie Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of water. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

  2. In a pan sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium heat, drop batter into pan to form 3 pancakes. Once pancakes begin to look solid (about 3 minutes), gently flip.

  3. Cook for about 3 more minutes or until both sides are lightly browned and insides cooked through.
