Recipe Ingredients for Creamless Fish Pie

1 medium Cauliflower heads
300 grams Seafood Mix
1/2 carrot
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp green chili
1/4 cup parsley
70 grams low fat cheddar cheese
5 cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Creamless Fish Pie

  1. To make cauliflower mash: Cut up the cauliflower, boil for six minutes, puree, adding salt to taste. Reserve for the topping.

  2. In a baking dish, grate the carrot and celery.

  3. Add the cheese, chopped chili, chopped parsley, chunks of seafood and tomatoes.

  4. Mix well and spread evenly over the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice

  5. Spread the cauliflower mash evenly over the mixture.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 200C.
