Recipe Ingredients for Creamed Spinach

8 oz baby spinach
1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup milk
1 salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Creamed Spinach

In pot bring to boil 2 cups salted water. Add Spinach. Cook for about 5 min and drain. In pot melt butter. Add flour and mix well. Add milk, wisking together with butter/flour mixture. Bring to boil and allow to thicken. Add salt, pepper, dash of worchestershire sauce, and garlic powder to taste.
