Dairy free creamed fish the old fashioned way

Recipe Ingredients for Creamed Salmon

1/3 cup Oat Flour
24 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 small Onions
0.75 can Salmon, Pink
1 cup Peas, Green
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Creamed Salmon

Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute onions till tender; add flour and stir to make a roux. When lightly browned, add the almond milk and stir until thick and bubbly. Add the drained salmon and peas, and continue stirring until heated through. Serve over GF Biscuits.
