1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Cauliflower
72 g mushroom
1/2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 small, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
8 medium Carrots, Baby
2 1/2 cup Green Beans
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 1/2 cup Great Northern Beans, Organic
1 tsp Potassium Gluconate
1/4 serving Salt Substitute (serving)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 1/8 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 cup Water
1/10 tsp Pepper, White
1/10 tsp Onion Powder
