Recipe Ingredients for Creamed Cauliflower

4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 pieces Garlic Cloves
0.17 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.17 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil
0.33 tbsp Brummel
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Creamed Cauliflower

  1. Take 4C frozen cauliflower, 1/8c water, and 2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed. Microwave on high for 6 minutes.

  2. Please cooked cauliflower and garlic in food processor, add 1/3c 1%milk,1/2tsp lemon juice(alternative to buttermilk),1Tsp extra virgin OO,1Tsp B&B, 1/2tsp salt and dash of pepper.

  3. Pulse a few times and then blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Can garnish with chives if desired.

  5. Makes about 3 servings 1/2C each.

  6. *Texture is different from mashed potatoes, but, I LOVED this* Wouild also be great served with shredded cheese.
