Recipe Ingredients for Cream of vegetable soup

32 ounce frozen mixed vegetables
30 ounce (swanson) natural goodness chicken broth
1 large onion
6 ounces velveeta
4 tablespoons flour

Recipe Directions for Cream of vegetable soup

Dice onions. Add onions, broth and frozen mixed vegetables to stock pot. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Make rue out of water and flour; stir quickly into soup until thickened. Add cheese and stir to melted. Add pepper, etc. as desired.
