Lite cream soup full of fresh winter vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Vegetable Soup

50 g celery
50 g onion
50 g carrot
50 g broccoli
30 g leek
1 cup water
1 cup milk
10 g flour

Recipe Directions for Cream of Vegetable Soup

Finely chop vegetables into uniform pieces. Place in medium sauce pan with water as indicated, boil 3 or 4 minutes until vegetables tender. Set aside - Do not drain. Mix flour and milk then bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and stir until thickened. Add vegetables and their cooking water, cook an additional few minutes until flavours blended.
