Nice chicken mushroom sauce for leftover turkey. Serve over baked potato, english muffin or toast.

Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Turkey

1/2 cup Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
12 oz Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 serving Milk
8 oz Portobello Mushroom Caps Packaged
1 tbsp Anchovy Paste
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
0.5 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Cream of Turkey

  1. Heat soup contents over medium heat. Add anchovy paste and dry ingredients and butter and 1/2 a cup of milk.

  2. Add chunky cut up mushrooms. Then turkey meat and rest of milk. Cover with lid and simmer til hot.
