Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Tomato Soup

12 fl oz fat free evaporated milk
14 1/2 oz petite diced canned tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
14 oz vegetable broth
1 small onion diced
8 oz water
11 1/2 fl oz tomato juice
4 oz cream cheese fat free

Recipe Directions for Cream of Tomato Soup

  1. brown onions in teflon skillet with pam spray. Salt and pepper. Add tiny bit of garlic, then the tomatoes and let cook for a minute.

  2. add tomato paste, veggie broth, and milk. Taste for seasoning add splenda or sugar and herbs

  3. Melt cream cheese through it then serve as is, or blend to make smooth. Best when blended with little flecks of tomato
