Recipe Ingredients for Cream Stew

1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 large onion, minced
2 small russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup fresh white mushrooms
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 (497g) chicken breast, meat only
3 tbsp white wine
1 cup broccoli florets

  1. Add white sauce, etc.
