Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Spinach Soup

2 cup Spinach
2 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
16 tbsp chopped Onions
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon, Dehydrated, Dry
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 oz Rogers Bread Flour "White Bread Flour"

Recipe Directions for Cream of Spinach Soup

  1. saute onions

  2. add water

  3. add spinach and cook al dente

  4. mix flour into milk and thicken soup.

  5. simmer until flour cooked and soup is thickened.
