Recipe Ingredients for Cream of spinach soup

2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup onion chopped
3 tablespoons garlic minced
16 oz. spinach
4 cups water
1 cup condensed milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Cream of spinach soup

In a large pot, saute onion and garlic in olive oil til tender. Add spinach, water and bouillon cubes and cook on medium heat until boiling. reduce heat to low and add milk, nutmeg and pepper. Enjoy.
