Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Spinach Soup

1 large onion, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
2 cups spinach, fresh packed
2 cup vegetable broth
2 cup water
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Cream of Spinach Soup

  1. Add everything except spinach and milk to a pot. Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  2. Add spinach a boil for 2 more minutes.

  3. Puree soup.

  4. Add milk or plain soymilk (optional).

  5. Serve and eat! Yum!
