Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Spaghetti Squash

310 grams Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
2 cup, chopped Onions
56 grams ICBINB! Regular (Stick)
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
480 grams Fat Free Milk
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Cream of Spaghetti Squash

  1. Melt margarine

  2. Add onions until they caramilize

  3. Add flour and stir until mix becomes beige

  4. Stir milk in portions to avoid lumps of flour

  5. Stir broth

  6. Add Spaghetti Squash previously baked at 375/400 Degrees denpending on the size and inside shredded

  7. Salt and pepper

  8. Enjoy!
