Creamy winter vegetable soup with navy beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Cream soup with beans

4 cups chicken stock
2 cups navy beans
1 onion
2 carrots
3/4 cup celery
2 oz bacons
2 cups 2 % milk
1 tbs flour
2 tsp salt
1 turnips
1/2 cup parsnip

Recipe Directions for Cream soup with beans

  1. Cut vegetables in somewhat cubes.

  2. Cook onion and bacon first in oiled pan. Onion becomes transparent and add all vegetable to cook for 3 minute. add chicken stock. Simmer and skim any impurities. Cook flour and add milk into flour to make rue.

  3. Add rue to a pot of soup.
