Recipe Ingredients for Cream scones

265 g all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
190 ml double cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cups currant

Recipe Directions for Cream scones

Food process flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and butter. Add cream, egg, vanilla, currants and mix lightly, do not overmix. Flour surface and hands and shape. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 mins
