Sugar free pastry shells to fill with Jell-O Fat free Sugar free instant pudding

Recipe Ingredients for Cream Puff Shells

1/2 c water
1/4 c butter
1/2 c flour
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Cream Puff Shells

  1. preheat oven to 400*

  2. heat water and butter till boiling

  3. lower heat and whisk in flour to form a ball

  4. remove from heat

  5. add eggs all at once and beat till smooth

  6. drop 1/2 cup onto ungreased cookie sheet

  7. bake 35 minutes till done

  8. Make instant pudding as per package and chill

  9. open shells and fill

  10. makes 9 shells
