Recipe Ingredients for Cream Puff Shell

1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup flour
1/8 tsp.salt
3 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Cream Puff Shell

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Meanwhile bring 1 cup water to a boil, then add oil, flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of the pan.Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each .

  2. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto cookie sheet to make 12 puffs.

  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes.

  4. Remove puffs from pan to a rack and let cool.
