Vegan. Quick, simple and filling. I used soymilk but you can use regular milk. You can also omit the onions.

Recipe Ingredients for cream of potato soup, low sodium

1 cup Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup Soymilk Vanilla
2 tsp Black Pepper
20 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for cream of potato soup, low sodium

Dice potatoto and boil untill tender (approximately 8-15 minutes). Drain and mash the potato.Put mashed potato in small saucepan and slowly stir in milk. Add onions. Heat on low flame for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste. 1 Serving = 8 oz
