delicious low carb sugar free pie. We use xylitol.

Recipe Ingredients for Cream Pie

70 ml heavy whipping cream
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup almond meal
1 egg
1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp Splenda

Recipe Directions for Cream Pie

  1. Combine almond meal, egg and Splenda. Chop unsweetened chocolate & mix. Microwave 1 minute.

  2. Boil water. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin and 1 tsp Splenda & let sit 5 minutes.

  3. Whip whipping cream & add gelatin mixture.

  4. Pour over "crust" & refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
