Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
900 grams Chicken Broth
1 small Onions
20 tsp Becel Regular Margarine
1/4 cup White Flour, Unbleached
900 grams scotsburn light cream 5%

Recipe Directions for Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1. Melt butter

  2. Add diced onion/salt/garlic

  3. Add finely diced mushrooms

  4. Add flour slowly

  5. Add broth slowly

  6. Bring to boil, then turn to medium

  7. Add cream and simmer for 10mins

  8. Add remaining seasonings
