Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Mushroom Rice

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3 1/2 cups of cooked brown rice
6 oz of crimini mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 stick of butter

Recipe Directions for Cream of Mushroom Rice

  1. Cook one cup rice in two cups of water

  2. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup to the semi cooked rice

  3. Add green onions

  4. Sautee crimini mushrooms in separate pan

  5. Add mushrooms to rice dish

  6. Stir and cook until rice is fully cooked.
