Cream of Mushroom Pork & Apples

Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Mushroom Pork & Apples

1 cup campbell's cream of mushroom soup
3 oz water
2 tsp mustard
1 lb boneless pork chop
1/2 sweet onion
1 granny smith apple
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cream of Mushroom Pork & Apples

  1. Cook down onions in oil. Add pork, sear quickly on each side, season to taste, take out, set aside.

  2. Add can of soup, half a can of water, 2 tsp spicy or dijon mustard (or more) and apple (sliced). Stir well and bring to boil.

  3. Add pork back in pan, mix in with sauce, cover and cook till desired doneness. Juicy, not dry.
