Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Leek and Potato Soup

3 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 serving Bacon Lower Sodium
3 serving Low Sodium chicken stock
16 fl oz Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Cream of Leek and Potato Soup

Fry bacon till crisp add leeks and cook til softened, to this add potatos, enough stock to cover potato, and salt. Simmer till potato is tender, then use a hand blender to cream this together, add half and more chicken stock to have it soup consistancy.
