Spicy, creamy winter soup. 1/2 cup is great with a salad or 1/2 sandwich. Great to use as sauce on stacked enchiladas. Yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Green Chili Soup

1.5 serving Chicken Broth
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped or diced Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
0.13 serving Ground Cumin
1 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
8 oz Sour Cream
1 serving Green Chili Powder
8 oz Cream Cheese Original

Recipe Directions for Cream of Green Chili Soup

Saute onions & garlic in butter. Add to rest of ingredients in soup pan. Heat til cream cheese is melted. Use white pepper sparingly. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serves approx. 8 cups.
