Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Chocolate

1 2/3 cup milk
14 oz dark chocolate
3/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Cream of Chocolate

  1. break the dark chocolate into small pieces and put into an unbreakable bowl.

  2. Boil the milk and pour over chocolate.

  3. Melt the butter and add to the chocolate and milk.

  4. Fold together very gently so as to not incorporate any air. Pour into shot glasses or other fun fancy serving dish...small portions as this is very rich.

  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Just prior to serving let stand at room temp for 5 mins.

  6. Enjoy!!
