Recipe Ingredients for cream of chicken soup with wild rice

3 oz Oven Roasted Rotisserie Chicken, 3.25-3.75 lb.
3/4 cup Frozen Green Beans
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
0.3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 serving Full Circle Milk Organic Fat Free
1 cup Wild Rice, Cooked
1 serving full circle organic chicken broth

Recipe Directions for cream of chicken soup with wild rice

  1. place one quart of chicken broth in dutch oven

  2. add one quart water and frozen vegetables

  3. bring to boil

  4. cut rotisserie chicken into bite size chunks, add to broth and vegetables

  5. simmer 30 minutes

  6. prepare roux: to one cup fat free milk add one third cup whole wheat flour - mix with fork or whisk until flour is dissolved

  7. add roux to soup

  8. add desired seasonings

  9. simmer 5 to ten more minutes

  10. serve hot
