Chicken chunks in creamy sauce with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Cream chicken

1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 bell pepper
8 oz corn
8 oz sweet peas
1 carrot
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp stock, granulated
1 cup milk
1 cup warm water
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cream chicken

Dice the onion, the carrot, the bell pepper and cook in butter till tender. Add the corn and sweet peas, let cook for a while. Add the flour, coat the vegetables, then add the milk and water. Bring to boil, when the sauce thickens, let cook for a minute more. Add the chicken in chunks (cooked previously in the microwave or grilled). Serve hot with rice.
