Recipe Ingredients for Cream of chicken crepes

1 chicken breast
1/4 cup celery
2 tablespoons onions
2 tablespoons mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon grated gruyere cheese

Recipe Directions for Cream of chicken crepes

  1. Cook chicken breast in microwave on medium high heat 4:30 minutes. Put stick of celery and part of onion in pie plate; sprinkle with herbes de provence.

  2. Cook mushrooms in microwave with one tablespoon butter, about 1:30 minutes on medium high.

  3. Chop celery and onions. Saute in butter until soft. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk while thickening.

  4. Put mushrooms in middle of each crepe. Drizzle about one tablespoon of sauce over mushrooms. Add chicken, sliced in slivers, to crepe along with a bit more sauce.

  5. Turn crepe over in au gratin dish. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle gruyere cheese on top with parsley.

  6. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes until bubbly.
