8 oz Cream Cheese
10 Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
8 oz Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 cup Promise Buttery Spread
1 medium Onions

Recipe Directions for Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Peel, then boil potatoes until you can stick a fork in them easily. Mash potatoes with a little milk or half/half - use fat free milk for a healthier version. Use a hand mixer to whip in cream cheese and margarine. When creamy, fold in sour cream and shredded onions. Bake at 325 degrees until warmed through. They are almost like twice baked potatoes.
