Recipe Ingredients for Cream cheese filled pumpkin bread

1 1/3 c sugar
1 1/3 c Splenda
2 c canned pumpkin
2/3 c water
4 eggs
2/3 c oil
3 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c chopped walnuts, English
3/4 c raisins
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c Splenda
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Cream cheese filled pumpkin bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all first 13 ingredients. Pour 1/2 into a greased bundt pan. In a separate bowl mix the reduced fat cream cheese, 1/4c sugar and 1/4c splenda, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp flour and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Pour this over first layer of bread batter. Pour remainder of bread batter on top. Bake 60 min
