Recipe Ingredients for Cream Cheese Cranberry Muffins

1 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cups sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mixed berries

Recipe Directions for Cream Cheese Cranberry Muffins

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter.,cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries.

  2. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes our clean. Cool the muffins for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
