Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Cauliflower Soup

8 cups cauliflower
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp flour
2 cups cream, fluid, fat free half & half
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Cream of Cauliflower Soup

In large pot saute celery and onion until soft. Add chicken broth and cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is soft. Add flour to thicken. Add cream and warm. Salt and pepper to taste.
